South Woods Estates is a single family housing development located in the town of Smithton, IL. The town of Smithton is quickly becoming a premier destination for family that is looking for a perfect place to call home. Smithton has a small town charm that can be felt through out the town. Located 12 miles south of Belleville on route 159, most of the residents say that it is just far enough away.
